In all honesty, it requires adjustment through local leadership and checksum organizations which allow for system repair and improvement over time.

Without a certain level of enlightened leadership, you run the risk of manipulative or charismatic people simply deciding on their own how to control the priorities of work and allocation of resources to benefit their own ends rather than necessary tasks at hand.

Likewise, overly secretive or compartmentalized leadership just isn't going to be particularly effective. Secretive tends to be conflict oriented, so if it is secretive to its own subordinate groups, you will have problems. If it's secretive to forces that it is in conflict with, that's normal. likewise, openly hierarchical and compartmentalized groups can eventually become obsolete to the challenges and environment.

Really? Another they will tell you how to do it group. After looking at their website they look like more of a network or clearing house? So to speak for militia's. Some of their links don't even work. Don't look like they are keeping on top of things.

Ok first we are not governing anyone or telling them how to be , often times we find a militia for a person and they come back a few days later and tell us why... we are just trying to set some broad guidelines so we know who to help build. at this point it feels like a disservice placing a user in a unit that is not one the right side of it all.

So far its been working pretty good as the units we don't want have weeded them selves out.

As for your links we have software that checks the links to see if they are active with over 400 militia websites linked it may be seeing the url is expired page as its webpage , in that event there is a report link button and we will take care of it.

were not going anywhere , we want to develop further allegiance to awrm.org we respect the members here

A LOT of thought, effort, discussion and work went into the "National Militia Standards" (NMS) that are on here. Why re-invent the wheel?

Just a thought.

Very top of the page, there are two rows of blue tabs... it is the lower right one.
