I'm seeing some good prices on USGI 6-magazine bandoliers in woodland pattern. I picked up two of these for song that were new, never issued. Thought it would be a nice portable way to store loaded mags. Also easier to count for inventory!

Anyone know what the two female snaps on the top of the back side are meant to be used for? Curious what the male side of these snaps are on.

It snaps into the back pocket of the MOLLE assault pack, which holds it up for immediate access when you unzip the pocket.

This bandoliers are awesome! Everybody who owns an AR15 should own a bandolier for every AR they own. They'll also fit Mini-14 and similar size/shape mags.

They can be used as a bandolier, a chest rig, or a thigh rig. Notice they have loops on the bottom corners. Paracord complements them well.

I have a couple in 3-color desert pattern. I was going thru some old lbj's and found a bandolier made by federal ordanance that was made for 40-round magazines. It's od green.
